Brexit Bashing Lammy At It Again!

Yesterday, Brexit bashing, anti-British Labour MP David Lammy compared the ERG, Boris Johnson and Jacob Rees Mogg to the Nazis. Yes an elected official appeared on a publicly funded broadcaster and likened MP’s to Nazis. However in one ill fated appearance Lammy has managed to shed more light on the hypocrisy of the metropolitan liberal elite.

Firstly Lammy said ” The BBC should not allow this extreme hard right fascism to flourish. I take it Mr Lammy doesn’t follow the work of Newsnight who publish hit piece after hit piece on right leaning groups. It is rather worrying that a member of Parliament would call for a public broadcaster to silence and alienate a whole section of society simply because of their political beliefs.

In referencing the AFD he says ” I don’t care how they were elected, so were the Nazis” Now this is a very hypocritical thing of him to say, specifically because the AFD has a Jewish lobby, he insults that lobby as well as a legitimate political organisation, that was elected to represent the democratic will of the German people.

I encourage you all to go and watch speeches from AFD members in the German Parliament, then you can see for yourselves if Mr Lammy is honest and accurate or is he a lying hypocrite?

Lammy then compared the ERG, Boris and Mr Rees Mogg to the Nazis, something he’s now done twice in 2 months and still hasn’t been arrested like yours truly. Lammy even stated he didn’t go far enough when comparing them. Here’s when a matter of civil justice and morality comes into place. Is Justice blind or does she only target those who’s she’s told too? Who signs off on stifling and silencing legitimate protest?

I used almost the exact same terminology when referring to a political entity and I was arrested and shafted with some of the most draconian bail conditions known to man. Oh and the de-platforming from social media and being financially restricted by YouTube has just been wonderful, NOT!

So if you’re a member of the political elite or the left you can say and operate with near on immunity. Don’t you just love, fair and just Britain?

As a student solicitor I’m very upset to see Facebook banning the so called ‘far right’.

It’s certainly time to come together, fundraise yourself a powerful solicitor and sue the American tech giants for political discrimination.

We must never let those diabolical tech companies go.

This is your rights under UK law:

Human Rights Act 1998 and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)

    Article 10
    Freedom of expression

    1. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers. This Article shall not prevent States from requiring the licensing of broadcasting, television or cinema enterprises.

    2. The exercise of these freedoms, since it carries with it duties and responsibilities, may be subject to such formalities, conditions, restrictions or penalties as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society, in the interests of national security, territorial integrity or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, for the protection of the reputation or rights of others, for preventing the disclosure of information received in confidence, or for maintaining the authority and impartiality of the judiciary.

    Article 11
    Freedom of assembly and association

    1. Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and to freedom of association with others, including the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.

    2. No restrictions shall be placed on the exercise of these rights other than such as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others. This Article shall not prevent the imposition of lawful restrictions on the exercise of these rights by members of the armed forces, of the police or of the administration of the State.

In England and Wales, we have a legal right to criticise, dislike and ridicule religions, sexual orientation and same sex marriages.

    Public Order Act 1986

    Section 29J
    Protection of freedom of expression

Nothing in this Part shall be read or given effect in a way which prohibits or restricts discussion, criticism or expressions of antipathy, dislike, ridicule, insult or abuse of particular religions or the beliefs or practices of their adherents, or of any other belief system or the beliefs or practices of its adherents, or proselytising or urging adherents of a different religion or belief system to cease practising their religion or belief system.

    Section 29JA
Protection of freedom of expression (sexual orientation)

In this Part, for the avoidance of doubt, the discussion or criticism of sexual conduct or practices or the urging of persons to refrain from or modify such conduct or practices shall not be taken of itself to be threatening or intended to stir up hatred.

In this Part, for the avoidance of doubt, any discussion or criticism of marriage which concerns the sex of the parties to marriage shall not be taken of itself to be threatening or intended to stir up hatred.

Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008

    Section 79
Abolition of common law offences of blasphemy and blasphemous libel

    (1) The offences of blasphemy and blasphemous libel under the common law of England and Wales are abolished.

    As for Scotland

Marriage and Civil Partnership (Scotland) Act 2014

    Section 16
Same sex marriage: protection of freedom of expression etc.

(1)For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Part so far as it makes provision for the marriage of persons of the same sex and as to the persons who may solemnise such marriages affects the exercise of—

(a)the Convention right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion,

(b)the Convention right to freedom of expression, or

(c)any equivalent right conferred by rule of law.

(2)“Convention right” has the same meaning as in the Human Rights Act 1998.

To cite court rulings in defence of freedom of expression:

    Sunday Times v UK (No 2) [1992] 14 EHRR 123
    DPP v Collins [2006] UKHL 40
    Chambers v DPP [2012] EWHC 2157

Most importantly, any form of censorship is considered to be discrimination under Article 14 of the Human Rights Act 1998 and European Convention on Human Rights which states:

The enjoyment of the rights and freedoms set forth in this Convention shall be secured without discrimination on any ground such as …political or other opinion…

We need to start raising awareness by sharing these legislations to show we have freedom of expression. The American tech giants have to follow UK law, you may remember last year the American websites have to change their privacy policy to match with the European GDPR and the UK law Data Protection Act 2018.

Anyone who got banned from PayPal (and Google Adsense), I heavily suggest you should take them to small claims court to reclaim your money. Don’t worry about the fees because the American tech giants have to pay the price because you will have a high chance of winning the claims court.

If you need to reclaim your personal photos and videos from Facebook and they refuse to release them to you because your account got permanently banned. I suggest you should complain to ICO which is the National Data Protection Authority in Britain.

I’m glad for the activists that are taking legal action against Facebook for political discrimination.

I’ve also contacted Politicalite to take legal action against PayPal and Google for political discrimination.

The purpose is we need to make political discrimination to be a major issue. The establishment and tech giants are deliberately silencing what they call is the ‘far right’ which is outright political discrimination.

Taking legal action actually does work. Going back to year 2012, a BNP member won his ECHR case on the grounds of political discrimination.

The ECHR case is titled Redfearn v United Kingdom [2012] ECHR 1878 caused Parliament to create legislation where employers are forbidden to dismiss their employees on the grounds of political opinions. The legislation is Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013, Section 13; “Unfair dismissal, Dismissal for political opinions: no qualifying period of employment”.

We need to start using their laws against them!

Heres the court rulings in Germany prohibiting Facebook from deleting a users post.

Here’s the lawsuits I’ve found by the American activists.

Jared Taylor of AmRen has taken legal action against Twitter

Alex Jones of Infowars has a lawsuit against PayPal

We need to keep ourselves positive, we need to spread awareness of these legislations and the court rulings, and we certainly need to come together and win these cases against the American tech giants.

Please read this out on your live streams and podcasts.

    Good luck
